From an early age I was already in the kitchen with my mother, where I developed my passion for cooking. I decided to expand my passion for cooking by studying International Hotel Management. During my college life, I found out that only a few students know how to cook, and friends often asked me for advice. This gave rise to the brilliant idea to give people a helping hand with an Instagram. That’s how I started sharing easy recipes which take no more than half an hour to make.
A passion for healthy food has also developed over the years. It started with an unhealthy relationship with food and has turned it to a balanced lifestyle where I still eat all the foods I love. This made me experiment with recipes to give it a more nutritional twist without losing flavor. On my Instagram I also give tips on how you can improve your lifestyle to a balanced one.

Within less than two years, I have been able to inspire many people with my recipes and balanced lifestyle. With more than 750K followers on TikTok and 200K followers on Instagram, I show people all over the world my +200 recipes.
