Avocado Spinach Pasta

A perfect dinner for the avocado lovers like me! You can see by the color of this pasta that is healthy! And really easy to make, only 3 steps you need to take!
Blender or hand blender
Frying pan
Cooking pan
Mix the spinach, avocado, lemon juice, garlic and a handful of grated cheese until smooth in a blender or with a hand blender. Add milk to make it thinner.
Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, fry the chicken until done.
Add the spinach/avocado mix to the chicken and fry for 2 min.
Vegan: replace the milk with soy or almond milk and remove the chicken fillet.
Seasoning: salt, black pepper and onion powder.
