Baked Caprese Tuna
A perfect high protein lunch! Super easy to make and so GOOD!
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
Cook the pasta.
Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes in tin slices.
Drain the tuna.
Mix the tuna, pasta and pesto together.
Put half of it in an oven tray, layer half of the tomatoes and mozzarella above, put the other half of the pasta on it, and above that the other half of the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Vegan: not possible. Seasoning: Basil, salt and peper.
