Grandma's salad recipe
My grandma made this salad for me once and ever since it's my favourite salad! It contains all the good fats you need and it tastes soooo good!!

- 400 g roman lettuce
- 30 g walnuts
- 300 g chicken thigh
- 2/3 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 20 ml honey mustard dressing
- 100 g pasta optional
Boil water and boil the eggs for 10 min. Cook the pasta if preferred.
Meanwhile, fry the chicken until golden brown.
Cut the avocado into cubes and place in a container with the lettuce.
Break the walnuts and cut the eggs.
Add the chicken, walnuts, eggs and dressing to the lettuce and mix everything together.
