Oreo Overnight Oats

The best flavour for overnight oats!
It tastes like dessert for breakfast. Without all the additional sugars of course. You can eat it completely guilt-free.

ingredients
  

  • 100 g oats
  • 1 tbso cookie and cream syrup (SkinnyFoodCo)
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla creamer (SkinnyFoodCo)
  • 3 oreos
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 300 ml milk (amount depends on the texture your prefer)
  • 30 g protein powder (optional)

instructions
 

  • Split the Oreos and take off the cream. Put the cream in a bowl.
  • Put the cookies of the Oreos in a bag and smash them till they are crumps. 
  • Put the crumps in a bowl together with the oatmeal, protein powder and chia seeds.
  • Take the cream of the Oreos. Add the cookie and cream syrup and the Barista Vanilla creamer, and mix it.
  • Add the cream mix to the oatmeal and add the almond milk. Mix everything together.
  • Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. 

notes

Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
