Parma ham pasta
A high protein recipe with a lovely salty Italian ham! Super simple, delicious and healthy!

- Frying pan
- Cooking pan
ingredients
- 150 g pasta
- 100 g tuna
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 50 g pesto rosso
- 90 g Parma ham
instructions
- Cook the pasta and cut the eggplant and bell pepper.
- Fry the vegetables. Add the tuna and pesto rosso.
- Stir in the pasta.
- Add the Parma ham in pieces.

Vegan: not possible
Seasoning: basil, salt, peper, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder and garlic.
