Whipped Feta with Roasted Carrots
These roasted carrots with whipped feta will always be a people pleaser! The roasted carrots are full of flavour and the whipped feta gives perfect creamy balance.

Roasted Carrots 500 g carrots 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp paprika powder 2 tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp cayenne powder 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper fresh parsley (to put on top) Whipped Feta 200 g feta 3 tbsp (oat) milk 1 pinch oregano 1 pinch black pepper
Roasted Carrots Cut the carrots in 4 stripes and place them in a large bowl.
Add the cornstarch. Make sure all the carrot pieces are fully covered.
Add the oil, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Place the carrots in the air fryer for 20 minutes on 200 °C.
Whipped Feta Add the feta, milk, oregano and pepper to a measuring cup and blend it smooth with a hand mixer.
Spread the whipped feta on a plate with use of a spatula. Place the roasted carrots on top. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
