The best snack ever; they are high in protein, nutrition, all-natural ingredients and super easy to make!Perfect if you're looking for a healthy snack.
Oven
Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Drain and dry the chickpeas with kitchen paper.
Lay the chickpeas in an oven tray and cover them with a little bit of olive oil. Spread the oil over every chickpea with your hands.
Drizzle the spices over it. Make sure every chickpea is covered.
Put the chickpeas in the oven for 20-30 min. Make sure you turn them around every 10 minutes.
The chickpeas can be stored for 2 days. After 1 day they will turn soft, so you might want to put them in the oven again. They are the most delicious right after making them.
Vegan: already vegan.
Seasoning: no additional seasoning needed.
