These pumpkin waffles are perfect for a fall Sunday morning

Equipment

  • Waffle Maker

ingredients
  

  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g oat flour
  • egg
  • 125 g pumpkin pure (or use a baby pumpkin meal jar if you don't have pumpkin pure in your country)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice (or gingerbread spice)
  • tbsp margarine (melted)

instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Heat up the waffle iron and bake the waffles for around 5 minutes.
  • Serve with yoghurt and cinnamon.

notes

Vegan: not possible
Seasoning: add a little bit of salt to the mixture.
