Oven-baked potatoes with a delicious parmesan crisp.
The seasoning of garlic and rosemary give the final touch.

ingredients
  

  • 500 g mini potatoes
  • 100 g Parmesan (grated)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven on 200°C.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half.
  • Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a little bit of olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Till the potatoes are golden brown.
