Parmesan Crisp Potatoes
Oven-baked potatoes with a delicious parmesan crisp. The seasoning of garlic and rosemary give the final touch.
Preheat the oven on 200°C.
Cut the baby potatoes in half.
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a little bit of olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Place the baking dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Till the potatoes are golden brown.
