Baked Camembert

Bake your camembert to get a little cheese fondue!

  • Oven


  • 1 good quality camembert (the cheap ones will not melt properly)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • spring rosemary
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp cranberry sauce


  • Preheat the oven on 180°C.
  • Remove the plastic packaging and arrange the Camembert back in its wooden box, or in a small baking pot.
  • Score a deep cross or a crosshatch pattern on the top rind of the cheese. 
  • Squeeze the garlic and sprinkle in on top together with the chili flakes.
  • Cut the rosemary springs into pieces and place them in the crosshatch pattern.
  • Drizzle the honey on top. Place heaps of cranberry sauce.
  • Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Make sure is doesn't burn on top.
