This recipe is perfect when you're low on energy. It contains caffeine and natural sugars to wake you up straight away!
Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
Place the 2 bananas in the blender.
Fill the blender with the almond milk.
Add the protein powder here.
Pour the espresso into the blender.
Then place a handful of ice cubes on it.
