  • 2 shots espresso
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • 30 g protein powder (soy protein powder)

  • Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
  • Place the 2 bananas in the blender.
  • Fill the blender with the almond milk.
  • Add the protein powder here.
  • Pour the espresso into the blender.
  • Then place a handful of ice cubes on it.
