  • 370 g kidney beans

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 el shawarma spices

  • Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Put the peppers in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 min.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat, add the shawarma spices.
  • Add the tomatoes, corn and brown beans.
  • Fill the peppers with the minced meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
