Breakfast Bagel

The best way to start your morning is with this breakfast bagel 😍 it contains egg, cheese, avocado, bacon and sriracha mayo

  • Frying pan


  • 1 bagel
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g grated cheese
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp sriracha mayo (mayo mixed with sriracha. Swap the mayo for yoghurt for a more nutritional option)


  • Break and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  • Cut the bagel in half and spread the egg on one side. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and fry till golden brown.
  • Fry the omelette in the pan. When almost done, add the cheese and fold in half. Bake for another minute.
  • Fry the bacon on the side of the pan that is free. 
  • Add the sriracha mayo, omelette, avocado, and bacon to the bagel and close it.
