  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp puritea spicy chai
  • 100 ml milk

Toppings

  • 10 g granola
  • 4 banana slices
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients till thick and smooth.
  • Put it in a bowl and add the toppings.

notes

Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder
Seasoning: optional to add a little bit of salt.
