  • 75 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g silken tofu (drained & room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener
  • tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Add all the ingredients to a (hand) blender. Blend till smooth.
  • Top with red fruits and whipped cream.
