I had never made a chorizo pasta before, but once I did, it tasted like HEAVEN!

  • 150 g pasta
  • 500 ml sifted tomatoes (passata)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 50 g spinach
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 100 g chorizo


  • Cut the onion and bell peppers. Fry the onion.
  • Add the minced meat and cook until done.
  • Add the bell peppers.
  • Add the passata, chorizo and spinach. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.


Seasoning: salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
