Classic Avocado Egg Sandwich

The golden classic: avocado, egg and bacon! You can never go wrong with this one.
The avocado and egg are delicious together and the bacon adds a lovely salty crisp to it!

  • 3 eggs
  • avocado
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of bread


  • Put the bacon in the oven for 10 minutes on 200 C. (I like them really crispy, so it depends on how you like them)
  • Meantime, whisk the eggs to make an omelette, add salt and pepper, and a little bit of milk. Fry the eggs in the pan. 
  • Smash the avocado. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 
  • Spread the mashed avocado on the toast. Add the omelette and bacon. 


Vegan: not possible.
Seasoning: Season the omelette with salt and peper. Season the avocado with garlic powder, salt, pepper and a little bit of lemon juice.
