Creamy Cauliflower Pasta

- Frying pan
- Cooking pan
- Blender
ingredients
Sauce
- 1 small cauliflower
- 125 ml (oat)milk
- 100 ml pasta water
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 g nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp parsley
Pasta
- 150 g spaghetti
- 200 g champignons
- 1 tsp Parmesan
instructions
- Cook the pasta and cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes. Soak the cashew nuts in water.
- In the meantime, cut and fry the mushrooms.
- Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
- Add the sauce to the pasta. Stir it and add the mushrooms.
- Add Parmesan on top.
