ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 125 ml (oat)milk
  • 100 ml pasta water
  • 80 g cashew nuts
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp parsley

Pasta

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 200 g champignons
  • 1 tsp Parmesan

instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta and cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes. Soak the cashew nuts in water.
  • In the meantime, cut and fry the mushrooms.
  • Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta. Stir it and add the mushrooms.
  • Add Parmesan on top.
