Crispy Honey Garlic Potatoes

Crispy potatoes which are soft from the inside and crispy on the outside.

  • Frying pan


  • 500 g mini potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil


  • Cut the potatoes in cubes, without the skin.
  • Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes or till soft. Dry them with a kitchen towel.
  • Place them in bowl and cover them with cornstarch.
  • Heat up a frying pan with olive oil, when it's hot, add the potatoes. Bake till golden brown.
  • Lastly, add the garlic, honey and salt. Bake for 2 more minutes.
  • Sprinkle it with a little bit of chili flakes to give it a bit of spice.


Vegan: replace the honey with maple syrup
