Crispy Shrimp Tacos

I love anything crispy, but these crispy shrimp tacos are next level 😍 I’ve added mango & sriracha to go with the crispy shrimp! 🧡

  • Frying pan



  • 200 g big shrimps (peeled)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g Panko breadcrumbs


  • 8-10 (soft) mini tacos
  • 1 baby lettuce
  • 4 red bell pepper
  • ¼ mango ( or melted frozen mango pieces)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha


  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and put the breadcrumbs in another bowl. 
  • Dry the shrimps with kitchen paper. Then dip the shrimp in the egg and then roll into the breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the shrimp until golden brown.
  •  Cut the mango and bell pepper in small pieces.
  • Fry the bell pepper.
  • Fry the tortilla wraps in a pan or heat them up in the oven.
  • Fill the tortillas with all the ingredients.
