Easy Banana Granola

An easy granola recipe which you can make in a pan!

  • Frying pan
  • 120 g oats
  • 1 banana ((mashed))
  • 20 g (soy) protein powder ((optional, replace with 20 more oats))
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and honey. Mix everything till it sticks together.

  3. Add granola shaped pieces to a hot frying pan. I recommend adding some sunflower oil to the pan. Fry till brown and crispy.

Vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey
