Easy Banana Granola
An easy granola recipe which you can make in a pan!
- Frying pan
- 120 g oats
- 1 banana ((mashed))
- 20 g (soy) protein powder ((optional, replace with 20 more oats))
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
-
Mash the banana in a bowl.
-
Add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and honey. Mix everything till it sticks together.
-
Add granola shaped pieces to a hot frying pan. I recommend adding some sunflower oil to the pan. Fry till brown and crispy.
Vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey
