Easy Banana Granola

An easy granola recipe which you can make in a pan!

  • Frying pan


  • 120 g oats
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 20 g (soy) protein powder (optional, replace with 20 more oats)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Mash the banana in a bowl.
  • Add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and honey. Mix everything till it sticks together.
  • Add granola shaped pieces to a hot frying pan. I recommend adding some sunflower oil to the pan. Fry till brown and crispy.


Vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey
