Feta Couscous Lunch

Super easy lunch recipe! It's ready in 10 minutes and very delicous!
The feta makes it creamy and the mint adds a refreshing flavour.

  • 100 g couscous
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 100 g feta
  • 3 twigs mint


  • Prepare the couscous according to the preparation.
  • Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint.
  • Mix everything together. Serve with a lemon.


Vegan: Use vegan feta.
Seasoning:  pepper and salt.
