Feta Lemon Pesto Orzo

Spring is cominggg, so I felt like this was a good recipe 💖 there are so many fresh flavors in this orzo recipe 😍

  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g spinach
  • 15 g basil
  • 1 tsp lemon basil pesto
  • 150 g orzo
  • 100 g feta
  • 200 g pine nuts


  • Bring water to the boil and cook the orzo for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cut the zucchini, spinach and basil. 
  • Fry the zucchini with olive oil in a frying pan. Once it is turning soft, add the spinach and fry as well. Roast the pine nuts in the meantime.
  • Stir in the pesto and orzo. Lastly, add the basil and pine nuts.
  • Serve with feta and a slice of lemon.
