Homemade Hot Chocolate
Stop making hot chocolate with the powders from the grocery store. This hot chocolate is made from real chocolate, which gives a creamy flavor!
Bring water to the boil and place a metal container with the chocolate inside. Keep stirring well. In the meantime, add about 50 ml of milk.
Pour the melted chocolate into molds. If you want a flavour, add it while the chocolate is still liquid.
Place the molds in the freezer until the chocolate is hard.
Put about 30 g of the chocolate molds in a mug. Bring 250 ml to the boil and add it to the chocolate. Stir it well.
Vegan: use plant-based milk (I prefer oat milk). Seasoning: does not apply.
