Iced Gingerbread Latte

I can’t be the only one who loves cold drinks in the winter time right?? 😍 so let’s make a iced gingerbread latte.

Equipment

  • Coffee machine

ingredients
  

  • 100 ml (oat) milk
  • 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread (melted)
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2 ice cuber (it is best to make ice cubes out of coffee, so it doesn't get to aqueous)

instructions
 

  • Heat up the milk by using the steam pipe. Add 1 tsp of the melted Biscoff spread (watch your finger lol). Stir it well.
  • Pour the rest of the Biscoff spread on a plate and dip the edge of the glass in it. Let it harden. 
  • Place the ice cubes in the glass and pour the milk over it. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
  • Brew an espresso shot and pour it with the milk. 
  • Add gingerbread crumbs (optional) and enjoy!
