  • 1 Frying pan


  • 2 eggplants
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 30 g cheese


  • Cut and fry the eggplant and tomatoes.
  • Add the tomato sauce and spices.
  • Put it in a cosy bowl and add the cheese.


Seasoning: Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper
