Italian Veggie Lunch
This is my go-to veggie lunch or snack! It's so cosy, cheese and delicious!
- 1 Frying pan
- 2 eggplants
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 30 g cheese
- Cut and fry the eggplant and tomatoes.
- Add the tomato sauce and spices.
- Put it in a cosy bowl and add the cheese.
Seasoning: Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper
