Lapsang Souchon Marinade
A recipe where tea is used for a marinade! It gives the recipe a roasted flavor and makes it so delicious!
Put the ingredients in a screw and grind it into a powdery whole.
Rub the piece of chicken with this mixture and let it rest covered in the refrigerator. Best is at least 12 hours in advance.
Bring the chicken to room temperature half an hour beforehand.
