Lemon Ice Cream

An easy 4 ingredient lemon ice cream!
No need for an ice cream machine.

  • Blender


  • 300 g frozen lemons
  • 100 g greek yoghurt (lactose-free or vegan)
  • 4-6 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • Add the ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth. Add more yoghurt if it is too thick.
  • Eat it directly or transfer it to a cake baking thin and put it in the freezer. If you freeze it for later, take it out 15-20 minutes before eating to soften it.
