Lemon Ice Cream
An easy 4 ingredient lemon ice cream!No need for an ice cream machine.
- 300 g frozen lemons
- 100 g greek yoghurt (lactose-free or vegan)
- 4-6 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Add the ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth. Add more yoghurt if it is too thick.
- Eat it directly or transfer it to a cake baking thin and put it in the freezer. If you freeze it for later, take it out 15-20 minutes before eating to soften it.
