It’s the first day of spring, so here’s a spring salad 🌸🤍 perfect for a mealprep or just for dinner! anddd it’s done in 10 minutes ✨Mediterranean Orzo Salad
- 300 g orzo
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 20-30 g olives ((green))
- 100 g feta
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
- 10 g basil

Bring water to the boil and cook the orzo.

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, olives and basil.

Mix the orzo and pesto together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add salt & pepper to flavor.
