Mediterranean Orzo Salad

It’s the first day of spring, so here’s a spring salad 🌸🤍 perfect for a mealprep or just for dinner! anddd it’s done in 10 minutes ✨

  • 300 g orzo
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 20-30 g olives (green)
  • 100 g feta
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • 10 g basil


  • Bring water to the boil and cook the orzo.
  • Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, olives and basil.
  • Mix the orzo and pesto together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add salt & pepper to flavor.
