Melon Boats
A fun way to eat your melons! Cantaloupes filled with coconut yoghurt and topped with granola!
ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe
- 400 g coconut yoghurt
- 6 slices banana
- 4 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tsp honey or agave syrup
instructions
- Cut the melon in half and empty the insides. You can cut a small piece from the bottom the stabilise the melon.
- Fill it with yoghurt. Place the banana slices on top of the yoghurt. Sprinkle the granola and chocolate chips on top.
- To give the finishing touch, drizzle honey on top.

Vegan: use maple or agave syrup.
?? DUTCH VERSION
- 1 cantaloupe meloen
- 400 g kokosyoghurt
- 6 plakjes banaan
- 4 el granola
- 1 el chocolate chips
- 2 tl honing of agavesiroop
- Snijd de meloen doormidden en maak de binnenkant leeg. Je kunt een klein stukje van de onderkant afsnijden om de meloen te stabiliseren.
- Vul het met yoghurt. Leg de plakjes banaan op de yoghurt. Strooi de granola en chocolate chips erover.
- Drizzle honing erover voor the finishing touch.

it’s sooo good. i did it without the bananas though but it was still perfect! definitely one of my favorite breakfast ideas 🙂
