
Parmesan Crisp Potatoes
Oven-baked potatoes with a delicious parmesan crisp. The seasoning of garlic and rosemary give the final touch.

- 500 g mini potatoes
- 100 g Parmesan (grated)
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
instructions
- Preheat the oven on 200°C.
- Cut the baby potatoes in half.
- Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a little bit of olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Place the baking dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Till the potatoes are golden brown.
