Peanut Butter Jam Overnight Oats
The best flavor combination as a overnight oats recipe! It takes you 0 time in the moring to enjoy this delicious breakfast.
ingredients
- 100 g oatmeal
- 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1½ tbsp jam
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 400 ml milk (the amount depends on your own preference. Less milk is a more pudding-like texture.)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
instructions
- Weight the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
- Add the protein powder. Mix it well.
- Add the jam and peanut butter, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
- Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- It is optional to add yoghurt on top, when eating it.
notes
Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
