- 100 g oatmeal
- 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1½ tbsp jam
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 400 ml milk (the amount depends on your own preference. Less milk is a more pudding-like texture.)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
Weight the oatmeal and put it in a bowl.
Add the protein powder. Mix it well.
Add the jam and peanut butter, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
It is optional to add yoghurt on top, when eating it.
Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder.
