Peanut Butter Jam Overnight Oats

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • tbsp jam
  • tbsp peanut butter
  • 400 ml milk (the amount depends on your own preference. Less milk is a more pudding-like texture.)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)


  • Weight the oatmeal and put it in a bowl. 
  • Add the protein powder. Mix it well.
  • Add the jam and peanut butter, and pour in the milk. Stir everything well. 
  • Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • It is optional to add yoghurt on top, when eating it. 


Vegan: use plant-based milk and protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
