Pistachio Burrata Dip
Combine 2 of my favorite things, burrata & pistachio, and you get this amazing dish 😍 the crispy salty chips are also a 100% must! They enhance the flavor so much, just a-mazing!
Cut the piadina in 8 slices. Fully cover with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven on 200C till golden brown (around 10 minutes).
In a blender, blend the pistachios, agave syrup, salt and pepper till smooth. If you want a smoother, texture, add olive oil till it’s the texture you desire.
Place the pistachio mix on top of the burrata and serve with the crisps.
