Full of different flavors and you can add ingredients of your own preference.

  • Cooking pan



  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 el soy sauce

The rest

  • 100 g soy beans
  • 130 g rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g surimi
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 el wasabi mayonnaise
  • 30 g baked onions


  • Slice and marinate the salmon with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ginger powder, lemon juice and soy sauce. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
  • Boil the rice and cut all ingredients.
  • Fry the zucchini and season with black pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce
  • Place the rice on the bottom and top it with all the ingredients.


Vegan:  leave out the fish and use vegan replacements such as tofu. 
Seasoning: is mentioned at each ingredient.
