ingredients
  

Base shake

  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 200 ml milk

Flavouring Vanilla Milkshake

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Flavouring Strawberry Milkshake

  • 10 strawberries

Flavouring Chocolate Milkshake

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

instructions
 

  • Put the agave syrup, protein powder, yoghurt, milk and flavour preference in a shaker en shake them until all lumps are gone.
  • Add the ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
  • Put the drink in a cup.

Vegan: use soy yoghurt, milk and protein powder
