Protein Milkshakes
The easiest milkshake you will ever make, no blender needed! And its also high in protein!
Equipment
- Shaker (cup)
ingredients
Base shake
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 200 ml yoghurt
- 200 ml milk
Flavouring Vanilla Milkshake
- 1 tsp vanilla
Flavouring Strawberry Milkshake
- 10 strawberries
Flavouring Chocolate Milkshake
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
instructions
- Put the agave syrup, protein powder, yoghurt, milk and flavour preference in a shaker en shake them until all lumps are gone.
- Add the ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
- Put the drink in a cup.

Vegan: use soy yoghurt, milk and protein powder
