This is what we like to call "Hollandse pot". It contains potatoes, some veggies and meat.The apples and red cabbage add some sweeteness to this savoury dish!

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Peel the potatoes and cut the cauliflower. Put them together in a pan of boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the minced meat. Season with herbs.
Cut the apple into small pieces without skin. Put it in a container with the cinnamon.
Drain the potatoes and cauliflower. Add the milk and puree it. Add some salt, caraway seeds and nutmeg to the potatoes if desired.
Cover an oven dish with the apple pieces. Place the red cabbage on top, then the minced meat and then the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Vegan: Use vegan minced meat and plant-based milk.
