Salmon Sushi Balls

The perfect umami lunch! Or add some veggies to it and you got yourself an easy dinner!

Equipment

  • 1 Cooking pan

ingredients
  

  • 100 g (sushi) rice
  • 300 g salmon (baked)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 20 g seaweed strips
  • 1 spring onion

instructions
 

  • Bake the salmon in a pan or oven. Let it cool down.
  • In a big bowl, mash the salmon with a fork. Add the rice, sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
  • Create balls out of the rice/salmon mixture.
  • Add the toppings on top.
