Salmon Sushi Balls
The perfect umami lunch! Or add some veggies to it and you got yourself an easy dinner!
1 Cooking pan
Bake the salmon in a pan or oven. Let it cool down.
In a big bowl, mash the salmon with a fork. Add the rice, sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
Create balls out of the rice/salmon mixture.
Add the toppings on top.
