A lovely savoury baking with lots of vegetables and fiber.They are perfect for a brunch or to serve when you have guests!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grate the zucchini, cut the spinach into small pieces and the cherry tomatoes in half.
Beat the milk, egg and oil in a bowl and pour this liquid mixture.
Add the other ingredients (add the seasoning) ½except the cherry tomatoes. Beat well to mix everything.
Put the mixture in the muffin cases, add a cherry tomato to each muffin and bake for 30 minutes.
Vegan: not possible. Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp basil and 1 tsp onion powder.
