Shrimp Cucumber Boats
Equipment
- Frying pan
- Cooking pan
ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g (sushi) rice
- 100 g shrimps
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 avocado
Toppings:
- 1 tsp mayonaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 spring onion
instructions
- Cook the rice.
- In the meantime, fry the shrimps together with the garlic, soy sauce and chili flakes.
- Empty the inside of the cucumber and fill it with rice.
- Add the sesame seeds, avocado, shrimps and toppings.
