Spicy Salmon Tacos

I can literally eat tacos every day of my life. Often it’s filled with chicken, but i also adore a fish taco. 🐟These fresh, yet spicy salmon tacos are amazing for that occasion! 😍

Equipment

  • Frying pan

ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 300 g salmon (skin removed)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (or hot sauce)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • ½ lime zested + juiced
  • salt & pepper
  • 6 small soft tortillas
  • 2 avocados (smashed)

Lettuce

  • 150 iceberg lettuce
  • ¼ cucumber (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp (soy) yoghurt
  • salt & pepper

instructions
 

  • Cut the salmon in pieces. Marinate the salmon in sriracha, onion powder, garlic, paprika powder, agave syrup, lime, salt & pepper. Let this sit for an hour. 
  • Fry the salmon in a frying pan.
  • In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the lettuce together and mash the avocado. 
  • Place the avocado in the tortillas, top it with lettuce and salmon. If you love spicy, add some more sriracha.
