Spicy Tuna Tartar

Basically an easy recipe of the spicy tuna sushi, but than in 15 minutes!
The tuna is nice and spicy, with a refreshing bite of cucumber and avocado.

  • Tartar mold (optional)



  • 200 g tuna
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha


  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp chili powder

The tartar

  • 100 g (sushi) rice
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ red onion


  • Bring water to the boil and cook the rice.
  • Meantime, mix the ingredients of the tuna.
  • Cut avocado, cucumber and red onion into small pieces.
  • If you don't have mold, just place it in a bowl. Put the rice in first, then top it with the tuna, avocado, cucumber and red onion, and drizzle the sauce on top.
