Strawberry Yoghurt Bites with Pistachio

Finally hopped on the trend and omg they are SO GOOD 😍 perfect as after dinner snack or replacement for ice cream this summer 🫶🏼

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g (lactose-free) yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 200 g dark chocolate


  • Cut the strawberries in small pieces. Place it in a bowl.
  • Add the yoghurt and honey. Mix it well with a spoon.
  • Place baking paper on a baking tray. Make a few heaps on the baking paper.
  • Smelt the chocolate. Dip the yoghurt heaps fully in the chocolate in one fast move. Make sure to be fast, otherwise the yoghurt will melt.
  • Place the bites back on the baking paper and back in the freezer.
