Sweet and Sour Shrimp Stir Fry

This recipe is so easy and contains lots of vegetables!
The combination of sweet and sour with shrimps is always good.

Equipment

  • Frying pan
  • Cooking pan

ingredients
  

  • 200 g shrimp
  • 200 g green beans
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 ml sweet and sour wok sauce (Conimex)
  • 150 g rice

instructions
 

  • Bring water to the boil twice.
  • Cook the rice in one pan and cook the green beans and cauliflower in the other for 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile cut and fry the bell pepper and mushrooms. Add the cauliflower and green beans when they are done.
  • Put some oil in a frying pan on high heat with sambal and garlic. When the pan is hot, add the shrimp for 4 minutes. Turn them over after 2 minutes.
  • Add the sauce to the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

notes

Vegan: leave out the shrimp.
Seasoning: Garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
