Sweet and Sour Shrimp Stir Fry
This recipe is so easy and contains lots of vegetables! The combination of sweet and sour with shrimps is always good.
Bring water to the boil twice.
Cook the rice in one pan and cook the green beans and cauliflower in the other for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile cut and fry the bell pepper and mushrooms. Add the cauliflower and green beans when they are done.
Put some oil in a frying pan on high heat with sambal and garlic. When the pan is hot, add the shrimp for 4 minutes. Turn them over after 2 minutes.
Add the sauce to the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
Vegan: leave out the shrimp. Seasoning: Garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
